Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order.
We ship our products to worldwide. All orders will be shipped in 48 hours. You will receive an automated email with the Tracking Number the day your package is being shipped, which is typically within 2 days after the close of the purchase. (If you do not receive the email it may be due to your Junk Mail filter.) All items are carefully and securely packaged for safe transport and are fully insured. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.
Packing
1. Rolled
Our backdrops can be shipped rolled when the small side size below 8ft/2.5m. So there will be no wrinkles due to folding.
2. Folded
Due to transport restrictions, the backdrop need to folding up when the small side size over 8ft.
