Q: Does your backdrops made seamless or spliced?
A: Absolutely seamless! All backdrops are seamless after we update our printing equipment in 2018.

Q: How to deliver the package?
A: We send the backdrops with two different methods. we send it rolled when the length of backdrops is less than 8 ft. otherwise we send it folded.

Q: When expect to receive the package?
A: We send package with two different shipping methods. standard shipping and fast shipping. the shipping time by standard shipping is about 7-15 working days. (if bad weather or hot sell season, it will with several days delay). The shipping time by fast shipping is 3-5 working days.

Q: Could you customize an extra large size backdrop please?
A: Of course we can. we could customize any size for you. 100 ft by 40 ft is the largest size we printed for our customer until now.

Q: How to order a particular size which is not listed in your website?
A: You tell us the item number and the size you need, and your quantity, or your design requirements about the image. we will provide the quotation for you.

Q: How to hang the backdrop?
A: The simplest method is use clamps fix the backdrops' top edge on a rope, you will replace the backdrops quickly during shoots. you could also purchase stand which could be used everywhere, and it is easy to carry. another option is add a pole pocket or grommets on your backdrops, please remark this in your order directly if you need.

Q: Is there any color difference between backdrop i received and photo on the website?
A: No differences. we are experienced in printing backdrops for many years, the backdrops' color is vibrant and reality, it is not easy to fade.

Q: If I send you photos, could you print it for please?
A: Absolutely! Just email us your photos to [email protected] with your detailed requirements. we can quote the price for you!

Q: Can I cancel the order please?
A: Generally we process a new order in 24 hours after payment confirmation. if you need cancel your order, you could inform us. we will try to cancel it for you. however we have a limitation with our cancellation policy. if your order is ready to ship we cannot cancel it for you. if you still insis on cancelling, we will charge you 50% of the order amount. orders cannot be cancelled if it is send out.

Q: How to process if backdrop is damaged?
A: We check and packed the item carefully before we send it out. it is not possible to send out a damaged item generally. if you really receive a damaged package, please contact us in 48 hours. send us email with photos, we will provide replace or refund after we confirming.

Q: How to track my order please?
A: We will send you an email with tracking number and track website after we send out package.
