Please choose the transport method carefully
When you buy the vinyl backdrop, if the small side size larger than 8ft/2.5m, we will send it by folded, and backdrops will have a bit creases. If small side size is less than 8ft, you could choose rolled up, and backdrops will no creases.
When you buy polyester backdrop, which will no creases whether it is folded or rolled.
Packing
1. Rolled up
Our backdrops can be shipped rolled when the small side size below 8ft/2.5m. So there will be no wrinkles due to folding.
2. Folded
Due to transport restrictions, the backdrop need to folding up when the small side size over 8ft/2.5m, and the backdrops will have a bit creases.
Shipping Method
We have three shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping : transportation time needs 9 - 12 days.
2. Fast Express : transportation time needs 5 - 7 days. Ship by DHL/UPS/Fedex.
3. UPS (Rolled up) : transportation time needs 5 - 7 days. (Only accept the small side size below 8ft/2.5m).
Shipping cost depends on the total weight or price of your order and destination.
The delivery time should be produce time add transportation time.
Vinyl backdrops need about 1 - 2 days to finished.
Polyester backdrops need about 3 days to finished.
You will receive an automated email with the Tracking Number the day your package is being shipped, which is typically within 2 days after the close of the purchase. (If you do not receive the email it may be due to your Junk Mail filter.)
